Hitconn have more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing switches, jacks and connectors, supplying more than 2,000 types of products for the electronic industry. Products include tact switch, pull switch, push switch, slide switch, toggle switch, leaf switch, hook switch, power jacks, and phone jacks and connector such as terminal, housing, wafer, pin headers.
Our main production bases (manufacturing enterprise and R&D center in Mainland China) are respectively established in Sicun Fist industrial District in Dongguan City; in Lingshan Industrial District in Guangxi Province; They span over 100,000 square meter in total. It is located conveniently next to the Guan-Shen freeway and Highway. We employ over 6,00 employees, including over 40 managerial staff and skilled technicians in different departments such as Staff Training Department, Engineering Technology Department, Automated Equipment R&D Department, Plastic Injection Department, Metal Department, Assembly Department, Quality Control Department, and Laboratories. We have high-tech production equipment including precise wire cutting machine, electro-discharge machine, fine point discharge drilling machine, precise surface-grinding machine, vertical milling machine, drill press, mold making machine, vertical and horizontal plastic injection machine, automatic lathe, fully-automated TC assembly machine, automated terminal-packing machine, and automated electro-plating production line. We produce more than 6 million pieces of switches and jacks daily.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that our products comply with both domestic and international market standards, we have state-of-the-art testing equipment to ensure that our products conform to our specified performance standards. All products undergo tests such as operating force test, terminal strength test, insulation resistance test, contact resistance test, withstand voltage test, temperature test, salt-spray test, humidity test, solderability test, endurance test, vibration proof test, life cycle test, UL safety standard test, and environmental substances test.
In quality control, we have obtained China CQC & Germany DQS ISO9001 certification, fulfilling international standards. Product safety is also ensured as we have received the 3C, UL, VDE and ENEC certificates. Besides, we have passed the DQS ISO14001 as a recognition of our outstanding environmental management. Our well-developed management system meets the requirements of ROHS and REACH, and we adhere to the customers’ and environmental standards by strictly controlling our purchase of raw material, as well as manufacture and delivery of products.
